Billy's Blue Duck BBQ
In 2003, Bill Hill "adopted a duck" from the Liberal, KS Chamber of Commerce annual duck race fundraiser. Floating across the finish line on race day was a blue rubber ducky with numbers matching Billy's adoption certificate. His $8000 prize became the seed money to start up this family-owned Mexican grill and bar-b-que.
